The new facilities are delivering. Just six months after moving into its modern new headquarters, the results are clear. During the first four months of 2025, HydX reports the highest order intake and invoicing in the company's history.
"The transition has opened up new opportunities, and this strong start to the year sets the stage for several new recruitments," says Mattias Salomonsson, COO of HydX.
Last year, the technology company HydX celebrated its 15th anniversary and relocated to new facilities designed to support future growth. Now, at the start of 2025, it's clear that the move of headquarters, production, and warehouse has paid off. "The increased capacity in our new premises has been critical to our growth at the start of this year and lays a strong foundation for continued expansion," Salomonsson explains. HydX has experienced solid and steady growth in both order intake and invoicing. This year, orders have increased by nearly ten per cent compared to 2024, and the company can now report its strongest-ever figures for the first four months. We have a broad range of business and strong customer trust. These key factors help us remain strong, even in a turbulent global climate," Salomonsson explains.
HydX is one of the Nordic region's leading technology companies, with deep expertise in hydraulics, electronics, and electrification. While based in four locations across Sweden, HydX works with customers and suppliers worldwide. The company operates a modern sales office in Stockholm. It recently doubled its office space in Gothenburg and runs a whole electronics division in Halmstad, specialising in control systems and custom hardware. Its newly built headquarters—including production and warehouse facilities—are in Ystad. The increased capacity in Ystad has played a significant role in the company's growth. Hydx's recent investment in customised valve blocks was launched about a year ago when Product Manager Daniel Enggren and Account Manager Eskild Jensen joined the Stockholm office. "While we've grown alongside existing customers, this new focus has allowed us to enter new markets and form relationships with entirely new clients. That's a fascinating development for us," adds Salomonsson. The positive momentum has already led to two new assembler hires in Ystad and an expanded customer and sales support team in Gothenburg. The company is now planning to recruit additional staff shortly. For further information, please contact: Mattias Salomonsson, COO
