What do you do when the possibilities are endless, and the ideas are bold? Prestomarine turned to HydX — a partner capable of transforming concepts into reality—resulting in a more user-friendly lift system for jet skis and inflatable boats. Prestomarine develops lift systems designed to easily hoist inflatable boats and jet skis onto the stern of leisure yachts. The lift must be practical, user-friendly, and seamlessly integrated for the owners of larger recreational boats. HydX engineered the control system for the first lift model in 2020 — a solution that has gained traction in international markets. The partnership deepened when Prestomarine set out to design a new, digitalized version — the Dinghy Lift L300. "It's outstanding to work with HydX. The control system is based on HydX's in-house developed CANBlox controller, which is ideally suited to the project's performance requirements. Wireless operation is enabled via a remote control system from Teleradio, a well-known and trusted brand among Prestomarine's customers. A dedicated PCB was developed to integrate all vital system components and custom-designed terminal blocks to ensure a streamlined and robust installation process. This solution significantly reduces installation time.
Over the years, the relationship between HydX and Prestomarine has evolved from a traditional supplier role into a close development partnership. The new L300 model is a natural evolution of earlier versions. HydX's expertise has helped elevate the original concept into a more luxurious and sophisticated product — tailor-made for the premium marine market where Prestomarine's customers reside.
