New Talent at HydX
Last spring, Elis Andersson, 19, graduated from the T4 program at Ystad Gymnasium (Upper Secondary School), and shortly thereafter, he was hired by HydX, where he had also completed his internship.
“I really enjoy it here. The atmosphere is positive, and my colleagues truly support my development. If you are ambitious, you have the opportunity to learn and dive deeper into many different areas, and I really appreciate that,” he says.
Elis moved from Germany to Sweden when he started secondary school and completed a work experience placement at HydX. With his interest in technology and problem-solving, he quickly developed a passion for both the company and the transformation happening in the industry.
“It’s exciting to work in a field where there are many different solutions and enormous future potential,” he says.
“This is a cool industry that is constantly evolving, while still being very hands-on. At HydX, we work closely with the design engineers, and being able to see a project grow from an idea to production is truly inspiring.”
In addition to his work at HydX in Ystad, Elis is also a handball goalkeeper for Ystads IF, which means he combines team spirit and focus both at work and in his free time.
